• Sharing Product knowledge during the client service + educating them on when, how + why we use what we use. 

• Include the client in the steps of the service.

• Manage client expectations effectively with education 

• Openly share our knowledge with team members behind the chair. 

• Take responsibility for our own education and create space on our own to practice what we have learned. 

Celebrate:

• Verbally celebrate client & team member milestones-  professionally and  personally.

• Verbally celebrating team member milestones 

• Verbally +  virtually celebrate good client reviews 

• Verbally compliment team member work and jobs well done
